Stay Clean Solutions didn’t start with a business plan.
It started with a young man chasing opportunity and a better life.
When Nabil Atallah immigrated to the U.S. from Lebanon, he brought no formal education and no safety net—only the work ethic shaped by years of supporting his family back home. As a teenager, he had quietly dropped out of school to earn money so his siblings could eat. That sense of responsibility never left him.
In Michigan, Nabil took a job as a painter and laborer. His boss quickly noticed something rare:

Soon he was leading crews, taking on more responsibility, and proving himself through action, not titles.
One day, his boss asked him to price out cleaning a building. Nabil had never done a cleaning proposal before, but he figured it out, gave a fair quote, and earned the job. Then came another building. And another. Before long, Nabil realized he wasn’t just completing tasks— he was building something of his own.
The business grew, fueled by long nights, seven-day workweeks, and a standard of quality that never slipped. Even when the 2008 recession caused Nabil to lose almost everything, his determination didn’t fade. He rebuilt the company with the same grit that helped him start it.
That foundation—humility, consistency, and serving people first—is what Stay Clean Solutions still stands on today.

Today, Stay Clean Solutions is a trusted name in Michigan’s commercial cleaning industry—built on 40 years of steady growth, strong values, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
What started with Nabil cleaning buildings on his own has grown into a full team serving more than 100 million square feet each month. We’ve kept a 98% customer retention rate not because of flashy promises, but because we show up, communicate, and take pride in our work.
Now led by Nabil’s son, Elie, the company blends family values with modern systems. Detailed quality checks, trained area managers, and clear communication help ensure that every facility gets consistent, reliable care.
The Atallah family is still deeply involved—Elie leading operations, Andrew training in the field, and Amanda supporting day-to-day administration—alongside a team that shares the same dedication that started it all.
